The most exciting day of the year otherwise known as Shalom Draft Day is a little over a week away.  Tomorrow will be the final round of evaluations followed by the mock draft and draft position assignments on Monday night.  The rest of next week will be filled with strategy talk and trade discussions leading up to the big day.  On Sunday the 23rd at 1 PM at Temple Shalom in Dallas, all 20 captains and 3 designates will gather to select the 11 guys they will play alongside for the summer.  You can always follow the draft updates on the league twitter page @shalomsoftball or join in the draft watch party at First Round Draft where they will have a large draft board and stream the twitter feed on the TV.  What an exciting day and week ahead!  Its almost time!
