It was definitely going to be a dogfight as the Rangers rolled into Plano to play back-to-back games as the visitors on the short fields.  The Rangers started off with 4 straight hits in the form of a lead off single by Osgood, followed by a Bomb by Richardson, another single by Bone and another blast by Kilburn, followed by a walk by Glossier and double by Kravitz. Liam Kilburn would score one with a ground ball behind the runner, Tim Crites would single, Jimie Simone would hit into a fielders choice but would make up for it by scoring on a double by Garreth Johnson, who would score on a double by Steve Johnson. For a nine run first inning...but the Cubs would not go quietly as they chipped away for the next 2 innings as the Rangers had back to back scoreless innings...we'd scratch 3 more off a single by Osgood, a double by Richardson, and another single by Bone, followed by a SAC by Kilburn, to get to 12...with the score tied 12 to 11... before exploding in the 5th and final 11 run inning...with the big lead the Rangers headed to the field... only to see an explosion of offense by the cubs ...but in the end they couldn't overcome the 12 run lead and would get within 2... but the final score.. Rangers 23, Cubs 21.

Ryan Richardson 4-4, with 2 singles, 1 double and a HR

Brian Osgood 4-4 4 singles

Mike Glosier 3-3 single, double, HR

The game against the Dash would start out slow with only a Home Run from Richardson to scratch one for the Rangers. We would drag through the line up ...not hitting like the previous game until the 3rd inning.  This would be reminiscent of the first game, with a Single for Osgood, a double by Bone and a HR blast from Kilburn...to plate 4, But that would be the best inning as the Rangers would only muster another 4 in the next 3 innings to go down 21-9.

Ryan Richardson 2-3, 2 HR

Dustin Bone 3-3, 2 Doubles, HR

Jon Kilburn 2-3, single, HR
