Game 1: Batmen vs Pirates

Even though the Batmen were down on their luck after their first defeat...there was still no hero in sight that could handle the hurricane force of the Pirates. Shalom City had to call upon the Batmen once more to take on the challenge...and send a storm to the Pirates that would create a massive blow to their bow. The Batmen never back down from a challenge! Pirates started the game by putting up an early 4 runs...but the Batmen swung back with 5 runs of their own in the bottom of the first. A 2RBI homerun by Dalton Fallaw, followed by a solo shot from Nick Barr, and a 2RBI single from Freddy Barraez put the Batmen back on top. The Batmen would continue to win innings with another 2RBI single from Nick Barr in the 2nd, and a 3RBI homerun from Dalton Fallow in the 3rd to give the Batmen 10 runs. The Batmen just had to keep the fight going until the victory was in sight. We may not have stopped the Pirates from plundering another town, but Shalom City was safe from their clutches on this day. Justice was once again served! 

Final Score: Batmen 10 - Pirates 8 

Game 2: Batmen vs the Isotopes

Fun Fact: As it turns out...Batman does not have a degree in nuclear engineering! Why the Commissioner thought the Batmen were qualified to handle a nuclear reactor baffles us! Detective skills and nine-pack abs can only get you so far in life. There was no punching our way out of this nuclear explosion. This reactor was packing too much heat and the Batmen were the ones with the meltdown. Good thing we are better suited to fight Clowns and Legends! The Commissioner will have his work cut out for him next weekend with all of the bat signals he is gonna have to turn on!
