Game 1: Batmen vs Colt 45s

The Batmen were tired of getting beaten up by the bad guys! We were not going to go 0-8 in the last four weeks...so we decided to pull out all of the tools in our Bat Utility Belts and take our frustrations out on the Colt 45’s.

Some Highlights include:

-Not one...but two… 2RBI homeruns from Dalton Fallaw...should have been 2 3RBI homeruns but Ari Loiben ate his Wheaties that morning and robbed Daniel Buhrow on multiple hits.

-Ariel Rodriguez hoping on the homerun train with his own 2RBI shot.

-Dougie Kramer going 4-4 with THREEEEEEE Doubles!

-Steve Enda back on the hot streak going 4-4 with a bases clearing triple!

Game 2: Batmen vs Red Sox

Well..definitely a rough start when you give up 11 runs in the first inning. Tim Kaminski is on a whole other playing dimension right now...but we did keep one of his 4 hits in the park so high five to us! And then the arsenal of hitters around him as well...I am just glad we are in the other division for playoffs! Needless to say..the Batmen got run-ruled by these behemoth Banes. #onlyvilliantobreakBatmansback

Some Highlights Include:

-We proved that we as well could hit a TIm Kaminski grand salami, as Dalton Fallaw hit one of his own! #boom #wontshutusout

-Ariel Rodriguez going 3-3 including a homerun on a phenomenal pitching performance by Brad Parr.

-Brian Smallwood sacrificing his knee to rob Daniel Buhrow of yet another hit.

-Omar Gonzalez and Freddy Barraez both going 2-2 l with their clutch  hitting performances.

Impact Bats of the Week:

  1. Dalton Fallaw - 5-7 with 3HRs (one being a grand salami) 1-2B 8RBI and 6Rs.

  2. Ariel Rodriguez - 6-7 with 2HRs 1-2B 4RBI and 4Rs.

  3. Doug Kramer - 5-7 with 3 DOUBLES 3RBI and 2Rs.

  4. Steve Enda - 5-6 with 1 bases clearing triple 5RBI and 2Rs.
