5-8 Scott Doyle 3-6, 4RS, 2RBI, BB

9-12 Abbey Garber 1-7, RS, RBI stats don’t match the productive outs

Blue Rocks POW

Ryan Driggers: 4-7 with 2 HRs, 1 Double, 1 Single, 4 RBIs, and 3 Runs Scored. Nothing new from Driggers, putting the team’s offense on his back in a gritty battle to salvage a split.

JJ Eusay: 3-7 with 1 Double, 2 Singles, 2 RBIs, and 1 Run Scored. Not the usual big stat line, but still engineered half of the team’s offense. More importantly made the defensive play of the day by relaying a throw home to keep the game tied in the late stages.

Brian Smallwood: 3-6 with 1 Double, 2 Singles, and 1 RBI. Each week we have a guy in the middle of our lineup get key ABs and this week it was Smallwood without a doubt. In addition, played great LF and took away a few base hits.
